Our Process:How we do it

We don't assume anything. Good communication is absolutely non-negotiable for successful custom software development. We're avid listeners as well as a curious team that keep asking questions until we feel comfortable that the scope is completely understood. Our focus on clear communication is complemented by our process which has evolved over the years:

Five Basic Steps to Custom Development Success

Step One: Discovery

Together we discuss the vision and objectives and the best approach. If the project requires it a Reverse brief/ fully documented scope of the project can be produced to check we’re on the same page.

Step Two: Functional Spec

A map of how the system will work, detailed to the finest degree. If required a prototype of the end-product can be developed for your approval before we start building.

Step Three: Project Plan

After your sign-off we move into the software development stage. We review progress and integrity-check the solution regularly.

Step Four: Milestones

A review of each component is made on completion to ensure they meet your expectations. A thorough testing process is undertaken to ensure your solution is reliable and robust.

Step Five: Training and Deployment

Training can be taken before implementation to ensure all users understand the solution. Then it's deployment time and we're ready to set your custom software solution to the task.

Quality Assurance

Our progress measures and methodology assure a high standard of quality. Endev is committed to developing robust and secure solutions that deliver the required functionality. Our testing process is extensive, including rigorous rounds of automated and manual testing to ensure the solution is critiqued for optimal user experience and security.
