Five steps to custom development success
- Step one: Discovery
Together we discuss the vision and objectives and the best approach. If the project requires it a Reverse brief/ fully documented scope of the project can be produced to check we’re on the same page.
- Step two: Functional spec
A map of how the system will work, detailed to the finest degree. If required a prototype of the end-product can be developed for your approval before we start building.
- Step three: Project plan
After your sign-off we move into the software development stage. We review progress and integrity-check the solution regularly.
- Step four: Milestones
A review of each component is made on completion to ensure they meet your expectations. A thorough testing process is undertaken to ensure your solution is reliable and robust.
- Step five: Training and deployment
Training can be taken before implementation to ensure all users understand the solution. Then it's deployment time and we're ready to set your custom software solution to the task.
